EURAID
A shared intelligence space for Europe, Africa and the MENA region.
From Earth to the EURAID Intelligence Network
- Earth: One planet, one shared digital horizon.
- First connections: Knowledge poles emerge, one by one.
- Europe × Africa × MENA: Three regions, a single space of intelligence.
- Mediterranean flows: The Mediterranean as a corridor, never a border.
- Knowledge flows: Research, talent and technology in circulation.
- EURAID Intelligence Network: Flows become disciplines — and an institute.
What is EURAID
Not one institution. Six functions, one institute.
EURAID operates as an institute, a think tank and an observatory at once — a research and intelligence environment where public institutions, researchers, architects, engineers and decision makers work on the same questions across Europe, Africa and the MENA region.
The result is neither a consultancy nor a media outlet: it is a permanent research and cooperation infrastructure, with its own platform, methods, publications and community.
- 01
Institute
A permanent institutional structure for research, doctrine and capacity building across the European, African and MENA space.
- 02
Think Tank
Independent analysis on artificial intelligence, digital sovereignty, regulation and enterprise transformation.
- 03
Observatory
Continuous monitoring of regulation, compliance frameworks and technology signals, structured for decision makers.
- 04
AI & Digital Research
Applied research environments, AI agents and experimentation on real institutional and industrial problems.
- 05
Enterprise Architecture
Modelling, governance and architecture practice — including ModelFlow, our enterprise architecture environment.
- 06
Community
A network of experts, researchers, professionals and institutions contributing to collaborative projects.
The EURAID Intelligence Network
Seven domains. One connected body of knowledge.
The connections drawn across the globe converge here. Each domain feeds the others: regulation informs architecture, research informs education, community informs everything.
AI
Artificial intelligence research, agents and applied experimentation.

Europe × Africa × MENA
One sea. Three regions. A shared architecture of knowledge.
Europe, Africa and the MENA region face the same digital questions at the same time: how artificial intelligence is governed, how data circulates, how public and industrial systems are architected, how skills are built. EURAID exists to treat that as one shared space rather than three separate conversations.
Shared questions
- Governance and regulation of artificial intelligence
- Digital sovereignty and critical infrastructure
- Data circulation and interoperability
- Architecture of public and industrial systems
- Trust, compliance and accountability
Shared ambitions
- Circulation of research and knowledge between regions
- Capacity building and access to advanced skills
- Innovation partnerships beyond a single market
- Common methods for architecture and modelling
- Institutional cooperation on long horizons
The Mediterranean as a corridor
Between Lisbon and Beirut, between Paris and Lagos, knowledge already travels. The network EURAID builds simply makes those flows visible, documented and usable.

The poles shown on the globe represent geographic centres of knowledge, innovation and cooperation. They do not indicate EURAID offices.
Global country discovery
Explore any country.
Rotate the globe and tap a country, or search below. Country selection is a voluntary geographic interest — never a nationality, never detected.
Boundaries shown are provided for geographic visualization and do not imply a position by EURAID regarding legal status or sovereignty.
